Founded in 2020, the ISO Excellence Foundation recently received its non-profit 501c3 status. The Foundation is committed to creating a bright, more inclusive future through sports and academics for any local junior with the drive to succeed. The ISO aims to inspire and empower the next generation, fostering a diverse and vibrant community of young scholars who share a passion for excellence through sportsmanship, learning and personal growth, regardless of their financial background.
A kid with a big dream often needs a small roadblock removed. An hour of tutoring. A tournament entry fee. A ride to and from practice when parents have to work. The ISO Excellence Foundation removes small obstacles to enable big successes for motivated juniors.
Likewise, we've started small with the ISO, beginning with what we know best: golf. Golf teaches invaluable life skills like patience, focus and emotional resilience. Golf helps juniors learn to celebrate achievements and manage disappointments with equal grace, all while building self-confidence in their abilities. But we have big dreams for the ISO. We want juniors with talent in any and every sport to be able to take advantage of what the ISO can offer, and, while The Club at Glenmore for now is a suitable host for golf programs, the ultimate goal of the ISO is to have its own standalone facility to expand its footprint extend its reach well beyond golf.
The development of an ISO campus would be designed to create an environment that fosters the growth of student athletes from beginners to high performers. Creating a culture of respect and care for the property will be at the center of the values we instill in juniors. The buildout would accommodate a wide variety of sports, not just golf. The creation of an ISO Excellence Center would include teaching facilities inside and out, plus classrooms for learning, discussion, daily activities and special events.
You can support the ISO with tangible, tax deductible gifts—land, funds, an endowment for a specific sport or scholarship, logo’ed gear—or you can offer something more intangible--mentorship, coaching, networking contacts. The ultimate goal of the ISO is to be self-sufficient once fully established, but to take the next step we need your support. With your support, the ISO can create for ambitious juniors a path to success, guiding them to their full potential regardless of financial need or family background. Together we can directly impact the lives of local juniors with dreams of national achievement.
